Shenanigans Pop-Up Theatre is a Registered Student Organization with the University of Northern Colorado. Shenanigans produces site-based theatre with the goal of developing immersive productions and inspiring experimental work within the School of Theatre Arts and Dance.

In July 2021 I led four of my peers in creating Shenanigans. The experimental nature of Shenanigans cultivated larger-than-life, bold ideas within the UNC student body and a passion for theatrical producing in myself. Always a roller-coaster, Shenanigans was a shining example of where I hope my career will lead: a leader of an experimental theatre company.
As a student, Shenanigans gave me first hand experience in running a small theatre company. With each new project the group took on I gained numerous skills including:
Supporting artists so they may be independant in their art.
Thorough and intentional communication.
A proactive and educational approach to each new task.
Cross-discipline collaboration.
Financial and production planning.
As Producing Artistic Director Shenanigans I produced:
Two faculty directed original plays.
A Neo-Futurist play festival debuting five student directors.
Three student directed plays.
A site-based 24-Hour play.
